Yes, you can always opt for other colleges in the next cap round.

All you need to know is that there is no hard and fast rule that you have to accept the seat allotted in a college in cap round 1.

If you got a seat in cap round 1 and you don't want that seat than you can either reject that seat or freeze that seat so that that seat will be left for you until you reject and you can move for further colleges in next cap round for getting a better college of your choice. You can even go for further cap rounds if you don't want a seat allotted in previous rounds.
