see there is no specific syllabus is available for any of the previous years brochure for chapter wise questions number. since jee main exam is an mcq type exam questions can be formed in any of the topics and there is no specific marks mentioned for each chapters.. however we have questions papers analysis for each subjects of physics , chemistry, mathematics and number of questions as per subject wise,.

however this may be a reference for you to prepare for next year jee main exam.
