Can I get refund amount before the admission is confirmed?

Every University has sets the policy for Refund. The minimum amount whcih student has to deposit is Rs20,000 for reserving seat So if student wants to cancel seat, then there would be some nominal deductions in the paid amount and rest will be refunded.
