In most cases, no, it would be very difficult for you to pursue Masters from abroad after a correspondence or distance BA.

The usual eligibility criteria is that you need to have a full time undergraduate degree from a UGC approved institution in order to be able to apply for a Masters at universities abroad. However, I would suggest you to individually mail your target universities and get in touch with them and ask if they accept distance undergraduate degrees for admission to their Masters programs.
