Mr. Himanshu,

According to the GoI rule book, one can take premature retirement after 5,7,9 or 14 years as per the condition maybe from Indian Navy and it must also be approved from the respective authority.

As the UPSC CSE career is concerned then minimum educational qualification is a Graduation in any stream.

And the age must be 21 years to 32 years for General candidate but relaxation is given to other categories.

So, You can make the career in UPSC CSE as an IAS Officer.

Thanks & Good Luck.
