The books of Telugu Academy are good. You can choose to study some of the subjects from them and choose others for other subjects. For instance, the books of Telugu academy are highly sought after when it comes to Chemistry, especially organic. They can prove to be more than enough, provided you keep problem solving as the prime goal. Same for physics & for maths, however you may need a bit more reference from other objective books like Cengage , Arihant for Mathematics, HC Verma, Dc Pandey for Physics.
A lot will depend upon what kind of preparations and exams are you aiming towards. For instance, as far as NEET is concern I believe Biology textbook of NCERT should be kept as a primary text.
