Hope you are doing great there . Yes , you can participate in HBTU Counselling through jee mains . HBTU is located in kanpur. If your home town is Bihar , then you will not be able to clain benefits of home state quota HBTU . But yes, you can definitely participate and get a seat in HBTU as an open candidate .
