Well yes its possible but complicated too to change your seat from one medical collegw to another. But for that your both colleges should allow and agree for the same. Than you will have to give application to your current college and letter of no objection from both college. Also its depends on the seat availability in the new college.

So contact to colleges regarding same and follow all rules of migration.
