Hello,

If there are vacant seats after round 2 of KCET counselling then a special round of counselling will be conducted. And candidates who wish to participate in special round will have to fill fresh choices of colleges and branches. And a seat will be allotted based on the merit, vacancy, category and preferences of the candidate.

Hello,
No you don not need to book any seat,you just have to fill up the application form which will be released in few days.
The round is conducted for all the seats which remain vacant after the conduction of the extended rounds.
