Once a candidate has applied for the counseling by paying the counseling fee and submitting the counseling application form after qualifying the entrance exam, he/ she does not need to apply again for the first or subsequent rounds of counseling. Registration for the counseling is a one time process and so is the case for the locking of choice of colleges which is also to be done after completing the registration process for counseling.
