Does the name in Aadhar and hall ticket be as same without any spelling errors.? Like 'a' mispelled as 'e'.?

Yes you should make sure that your name in the ID proof such as Aadhar card etc. should be match with the name which you are filling in your Application form as well the DOB too. It should not have a misspelled errors as you displayed otherwise it will be a burden for you during the time of counselling.
