    Currently, the most common technique for analyzing the food and feed samples is the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) . When quantitative analysis is required, the use of real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) is preferred because of its accuracy and precision.

    As far as I know about the quantitative analysis of food Fluorimetric technique is used because it is a spectroscopic phenomenon which helps us in analysis at atomic level...
