Dear Sir/Ma'm, the AIIMS entrance test's difficulty level is notches higher than that of NEET. There is no specific topic from where assertion reason type questions come. You need to have a thorough vision of all the topics and chapters. No one can predict from where the Assertion Reason type will come.
