hello everyone ! can anyone pls clarify , I'm in 4th semester in shivaji college , college is going to reopen from 17 Feb . what will happen if I join college in March due to shifting issues ??

Hope you are doing great.
This problem is associated with lots of outstations students. Their major issue is accommodation. As Delhi university students spread across all over India so it becomes a difficult task for them to return to Delhi in such a short period. They must give you at least 20 days of time before reopening but now nothing can happen. If you won't be able to shift in February then you will be marked absent that's all I can say for the time being.
