Hello I am a jee aspirant and I have a disability which is around 50% according to the certificate which was provided me by the district medical board. Now I have a doubt that is this certificate sufficient during JOSA counselling or should I submit other document and where i get it ?

Any disability certificate that proves that you're disabled is sufficient for JEE counselling. The one that you have is sufficient for uploading and you won't need any other certificate as per. Hope you clear the exam with such a rank that you don't have to use the certificate even.
