Dear aspirant

There will be no documents required of your guardian neither your father or your mother. You should fulfill all the mandatory document which is required as yourself. The only thing may be needing from your father is his income certificate but as he doesn't living with you can submit your mother's income certificate. That will also need only when you are claiming reservation on income basis like EWS, OBC-NCl, otherwise you will not need income certificate too if you are general category student.

The mandatory documents which are required for neet  counseling are

• Pass certificate of Class 10 and 10+2

  Recommended

• Mark sheets of Class 10 and 10+2

• Matric (or Class 10 certificate) as proof of Date of Birth

• Neet admit card

• Neet result/score card

• Printout of Online application/registration form

• Domicile certificate

• Character certificate

• Category certificate, as applicable

• Valid ID proof

• Passport size photographs

• Gap certificate  if they ask

Above listed document are necessary for attending a neet counselling.
