There is some guidelines of photo format given in the application form you must read it before uploading your photo.you must dont fulfilled the.given criteria thats why the error happens please ensure the image must contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the center view with a neutral, non-smiling expression and with eyes open and directed at the camera.
