hello i have got 73.27 percentile in jee mains and 85% in class 12th. can i get btech c.s in any govt. college in haryana except NITs.

As your percetile in JEE mains are 73.57 and with this percentile you can apply for B.tech in many goverment colleges in harayana.There are the chances of getting any of them but there is no surity about the getting the CSE because with percentile score your rank will not be nder the required rank for CSE.But still you can apply for it also along with the other branches in which you are interested.
