Don't worry , that wont be any major issue during your exam or while in counselling. As the correction time is also completed , call the numbers given on the official website or contact them via email so that they can tell you what to do next. Many people have small problems like this , so they do open the correction window later on also , so there is nothing to worry about. Just continue with your preparation and ace the exam.
