Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts Indian Forest Service exam 2021 to recruit officers to forest services of India for systematic management of forests in the country. UPSC IFS selection process 2021 comprises three stages – prelims, mains, and interview. Candidates must qualify each stage of the UPSC IFS exam to be selected for subsequent exam stages. UPSC IFS prelims exam comprises of two papers - Paper 1 and 2. Candidates will be shortlisted for IFS Mains exam on the basis of marks secured in Paper 1 subject to them qualifying Paper 2 with a minimum of 33%. Candidates shortlisted for Mains will need to fill a Detailed Application Form (DAF). Candidates qualifying Mains exam will be called for Personality Test/ Interview.
