Hello, my percentile in jee main is low inspite of being a dropper. But I think I had improved in my drop year but my percentile is not enough to get into any nit. should I go for 2nd drop.

But if you are not that confident about the fact that you won't be able to get good marks in the next attempt then try exploring other options!
