I don't think your form will get rejected, but we need to be on the safer side. We should not be having any doubts about our actions. I will suggest you to get in touch with NEET officials & inform them of the error that has occured by mistake. Call them via their helpline numbers & get your query solved. There must not be anything that should bother us, so informing the officials will be helpful in later stages.
