Hello,

It is given in the KCET Seat Allocation Guidelines that a candidate can cancel the seat allotted in first round and second round of  KCET counselling however, a candidate cannot cancel the seat allotted in second extended phase. There is no provision to select any choice after second extended seat allotment round as it was the case in first and second round seat allotment. So, you cannot cancel the seat allotted in second extended round. You should pay the amount prescribed by KEA towards fee and report at the allotted Institute for further admission process. If a candidate fails to report at the allotted Institute legal action will be taken against such candidate.
