Hi,
If you have forgotten to book a slot for the BITSAT exam, then I am very sorry to say that nothing can be done now as they have strictly mentioned it that they will not entertain any such requests of change of test centre/ date/ time as the time to reserve the slots was on or before 5:00 PM on 12th April 2019. You can still drop a mail at bitsat2019@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in but chances are negligible that they'll allow you now.
