Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks found it hard to get a govt.  Seat for mbbs. So with 383 marks getting an mbbs seat under state quota being an obc candidate is tough, you score must touch atleast 450 marks.
