You can actually do an MBA whenever you want. It will simply help you to move up the career ladder. If you have worked as a CA for more than 3 years then you can also go for the executive MBA program which is for 1 year only. Just try to manage your time a little to prepare for the management entrance exams and get a good college that offers an executive MBA program and you'll be good to go. It will help you in your growth.

Thank you so much for your valuable suggestions. Actually I am yet to start my career since I am not working yet. But I have heard that after a certain point of age companies do not consider one for internship or for placement purpose. Kindly do tell me please if possible

Yes some companies have a policy that they don't prefer someone who have been working in an organization for a long time because they get so much adapted to that company's culture that they take a long time to learn in the new organization. But this is not same for every companies. You can get a chance in a similar kind of company like the one you're working for now.
