The Top Engineering colleges through TS EAMCET are-

1. JNTU, Hyderabad

2. Osmania University, Hyderabad

3. CBIT, Hyderabad

4. Vasavi College of Engineering

5. VNR Vignan Jyothi

Based on the TS EAMCET 2018 cutoff of the aforementioned colleges for the BC-B category candidates, you will not be able to get any of these colleges but there are some good colleges like Malla Reddy Institute of Technology or CMR College of Engineering and Technology you might get.
