hi ,

the minimum height required for a person to join Karnataka police is 168 cm ,

however , the height requirement may vary depending on the candidates category

height requirements for male category are as follows

  • General and ex-military candidates : Minimum height of 168 cm (5'6)
  • Male candidates from tribal forest areas : Minimum height of 155 cm (5'0)
  • Direct recruitment : Minimum height of 170 cm (5'7)
  • In-service candidates : Minimum height of 168 cm (5'6)

Hi,

The height required for police officers varies by department and job role. The minimum height for Police Constable is 168 cm for men and 157 cm for women. However, In general, the minimum height requirement for male candidates is around 165 cm (5 feet 5 inches), and for female candidates, it is around 155 cm (5 feet 1 inch).
