First of all I would advise you to bring this matter to your parents and tell them that you aren't able to prepare for the NEET EXAMINATION simultaneously with your boards preparation and with the local tution and you wish to leave the tution.

Also it would be completely fine if you can prepare yourself for the entrance examination and the board examination by yourself.

There are numerous examples of students who have made it to medical colleges through hard work and preparing on their own.
