BIMTECH, Greater Noida is said to be the best colleges among the tier 2 Indian Colleges. And, to get admission in this college, they consider CAT/ BIMTECH ENTRANCE Exam. Plus, you are also called for GD and PI round. But, UPES is far better than BIMTECH as it has a legacy of its own, known as top good colleges.
