Hello aspirant, 

Inorder to get a free seat  the student must have secured a rank less than 10000 in the ts eamcet exam and his guardians income should be less than 1 lakh per annum in case of OC and OBC caste people and less than 2 lakh per annum in case of SC,ST people.
