Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that you have got a high rank in unreserved category. However your SC category rank is quite a decent one . With that category rank you can get admission in both the good colleges in bihar that is bhagalpur engineering college and muzaffarpur institute of technology.  So you should choose according to that. And for the branch it's quite difficult to get Civil in bhagalpur so choose the other branches which you like  .
