I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to get government mbbs seat in 400 marks in ews quota. Your score should be above 550 to get government seat for mbbs in state quota. This cutoff is in accordance with the last year cutoff. Although getting government seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of exam, AIQ rank, category, region, state, state rank,etc. Or else you can try for semi government seat or private seat.
