Government Law College, Mumbai, does offer various Law Courses! They do not offer LL.B. 5 Year Course separately, but they offer an Integrated Course which is B.L.S. LL.B. 10 Year Course. First 2 Years are the Pre - Law Course. At completion of Third Year, you'll get the Bachelor of Legal Science (B.L.S.) Degree. On completing Fifth Year, you'll get LL.B. Degree!
