Before I answer any of your queries, I would like to know a little more about your academic profile. What are you pursuing presently? What is the CGPA you are maintaining? What do you aspire to pursue an undergraduate degree or a postgraduate degree? 

The entry requirements for undergraduate and graduate degrees are different. While you would be required to score well in SAT or ACT  to pursue an undergraduate degree, GRE score is used for admission to graduate programs.

Apart from the above, you will be proving your English proficiency through any of the English proficiency tests like IELTS or TOEFL.
