Every year the cut off for the respective colleges varies.it may some time decrease or it may increase we cannot exactly predict the marks.

Still merit list have to b declared.we cannot exactly predict the marks.

But you can refer to the data of 2019 cut off ranks and marks for grants medical college,Mumbai.
