Its difficult to tell the exact no. Now as the full counseling process are still not over this year.
In haryana, it depends on the total no.of students and seats in government college in all india quota. As large no of students participating in all india quota counseling with very high marks like 550+ so its diffcult to get there in 2nd counseling as vacancy remains very less.
As per your marks, you can try for state quota counseling if you have domicile of haryana.
