The setup cost of permanent makeup is often with respect to the experience of the makeup man or woman and quality of the service provided. Generally, a single procedure for microblading, ombrebrows, permanent eyeliners or lipsticks,etc. costs between Rs. 14000 to Rs. 50000, which should include at least one follow up visit, and post-procedure skin care products. Some of them charge as much as Rs. 15000 per hour for advanced work.
