If you have allotted a seat in the second extended round counselling in KCET and If you wish to cancel the allotted seat, then you have to o the following :

1. If you have allotted a seat of any college in any first or second round of the counselling and if you have not been reported to the college.

2. If you surrender the seat allotted in the second round counselling , then in that case your whole fees will be reimbursed and will be forfeited.
