How to get registration in CPT

Registration with the Board of Studies (BoS) is the primary requirement before applying for ICAI CA CPT 2019 exam. Candidates should understand that the ‘registration’ and ‘application’ processes are different steps and the two words are not used interchangeably in this article. After completing the CA CPT 2019 registration, candidates will receive their registration ID, using which they can fill the CA CPT registration 2019. The CA CPT registration 2019 process is as follows:

Go to the official website of ICAI.

Go to the Login/ Register tab and select ‘New User Register Here’ option.

Enter details like Student Details, Date of Birth, Examination, registration ID, etc.

Provisional registration can be provided to those who do not have the registration number or those whose registration details do not match with the ICAI records. Select the option 'YES. Register me as Provisional Candidate' and you will be able to continue the registration process as a provisional candidate.

Check the declaration box and hit the 'Register' button to complete your registration.

Your registration ID will be sent to you via SMS and email. Click on the link provided there to verify your registration.
