Hello
You can register for jee mains paper 2 during the correction time only i.e. in january only.I don't think that you can now apply for paper 2 separately.You have to wait for some time till correction link is not available on jee mains website.For more details you can try to contact jee through email or helpline numbers.You can visit:

On the same website where you had earlier did the registrations at jeemains.nic.in
And you have to repeat the same procedure for it again and select this time paper 2 only.

Sorry sir but I have already tried this method but due to my earlier registration it is not accepted
