I am a general pwd candidate and git 61.56 percentile in jee mains jan 2020, i cant give the sept jee mains due to transport issue... will i get a good collage with cse( not private) or should i try for jee 2021???

You have not mentioned your domicile state so I am assuming you to be from Delhi. You can get one of the top NITs with around 88 percentile(for pwd category with 40% disability) so if you wish to drop a year and work a bit harder to get that percentile then I will suggest you to do so.
