Delhi has Institutional quota which is for those Candidates who have completed their 12th from any Institution within Delhi recognised by the board. So considering this you are also eligible for Delhi 85% State Quota in NEET. And eitherways because you are a permanent resident of Bihar, you are also eligible for Bihar State Quota.
