Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 464 for government quota seat in GMERS Medical College, Vadnagar under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 500 out of 720 marks.
