I am appearing for 12 but in step 4 I had mentioned appeared and result awaited and also I fill wrong state how I correct this?

Dear Komal, the final registration process of AIIMS MBBS application form has no correction window. Once you click on the 'Submit' button, what you have entered there, stays there. So to answer your question, you cannot make any changes in the Qualifying examination details or whatsoever after submission. However this will not stop you from appearing for the examination.
