I am belong obc category . In 12 th standard i obtained 90%.and in jee mains i got 95 marks.And my rank IS 64982.can i get the seat in NIT

First of all i would like to draw your attention towards a thing that there is no relation between you jee marks and you board marks... Boards marks have no relation to intake of admission in any college.
Secondly, i am very sorry say but you wont be getting admission a any NIT regardless of you category(obc) and marks(which is not much impressive).
Still you can hope for best.

If the above mentioned rank is your general rank then there is a slight possibility of getting through to NITs. But you may be forced to compromise in the stream that you take. SInce you have qualified for JEE advanced try to prepare well for the advanced exam and try to score well in that.
