You have not mentioned which stream are you from dear, I mean whether you had science or commerce or arts as your stream in 10 + 2.
There are a number of courses after 12th, and after completing class 12th we often get confused thinking about what to do and which course will be best for us , actually which course will be best for you depends upon
For example if had biology , science stream in your 10+2 then following are the top courses you can go for depending upon your interest :-
If you are from commerce stream then you can go for :-
If you are from science stream with maths , then you can go for following courses :-
Engineering
Integrated M.Sc
BCA
Defence ( Navy, Army, Air force)
B.Sc. Degree
B.Des
After 12th from arts stream :-
BA in Humanities & Social Sciences
BA in Arts (Fine/Visual/Performing)
BA LLB
Bachelor of Journalism (BJ)
Bachelor of Mass Media
So ,you don't need to worry, take your time and make a decision regarding which course to pursue depending upon your interest.

I studied in science stream with computer not biology...
And now i am confused between either going for engineering or doing something related to business (my interest)

you should go with your interest, if you are interested in business I'll suggest you to go for BBA i.e bachelors in business administration
