Without the rank details of AIIMS 2019 we can't predict your possibiity of getting a seat. But based on the lst rank details of previous years, if you get a rank in a range of 1 to 700 then there is a sure chance for general category. In the case of OBC/SC/ST the range varries from 1500 to 22000.

Yes, most probably you will get a new AIIMS. However it must be reiterated that its not the marks but the oercentile that determine the admissions. If the paper comes easy or topper scores high, the cutoffs will increase.
