I am from PCB Back ground in class 12 and i want to opt BA political science through CUET so can i opt physics chemistry and bio as domain subject ( science stream subject ) as domain subject not the arts subject .... so can i do ?

Yes, as a PCB background student, you can take a BA in political science through CUET by choosing relevant arts/humanities domain subjects like political science, history, economics, sociology, etc. in the CUET exam. Even if you don't study these subjects in the 12th, many universities accept stream changes in the CUET.

You can definitely choose B. A Political Science through CUET, but you need to choose subjects from the Language (List A) and the Domain Subjects (List B1/B2). But CUET allows subjects flexibility, and most universities accept any stream for Arts courses.
