Yes, you can surely change it as being a fresh candidate. But if you have mentioned wrong annual income in the form then its not a big deal. Your details in form becomes less effective when your income certificate is correct. What you need to do is that correct your income certificate. If your income certificate shows your annual income is below 1lakh than you'll not be facing any kind of problem. Income certificate is needed at the time of councelling, whatever you mention that time will be unchangeable. You have to know that if your annual income is less than 1 Lakh both in councelling form and income certificate with SC category, then your fees maybe reduced and you'll also get the scholarship so easily within less time. So the point is that you can change your annual income in session 2 as per your income certificate, but the annual income is important at the time of councelling.
